Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground turkey breast
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can fat-free chili
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 c. no salt tomato sauce
    1 tsp. honey
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. chili powder (optional)
Preparation
    In a large heavy pan, cook ground turkey
    3 to 5 minutes, until no longer pink.
    Add onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes longer, until softened. Add chili, celery, green pepper, corn, tomato sauce, honey and seasonings to turkey.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Yields 4 servings.
