Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. cranberries, cut into 1/2 or coarsely chopped
5 Tbsp. margarine
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Combine water, orange juice and rind.
Add alternately with sifted dry ingredients.
Fold in nuts and cranberries.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
Let cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing.
