Calico Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. cooked potatoes, diced
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 c. canned pimiento
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients after chopping vegetables. Coarsely chop eggs, reserving 1 whole egg yolk.
Add chopped eggs to potato mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients, except yolk; toss with potato mixture.
Sieve reserved yolk over top.
