Quick Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 large cans white chicken or boil chicken pieces
3 cans biscuits (10 biscuits per can)
flour
Preparation

In a large pot, put the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup.
Mix together.
Add chicken to the mixture.
Bring to a boil.
Turn to medium heat.
Put flour (small amount) on a plate. Flour each biscuit.
Cut biscuits into strips.
Add slowly to hot soup mixture.
Cook on medium heat until biscuits are no longer doughy (approximately 25 to 30 minutes).
Broth will get thick as it cooks.
If broth needs to be thicker, mix a little cornstarch with cold water and stir into the dumpling mixture.
Serves approximately 10 to 12.
