Garlic Shrimp And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 oz. Chablis
    1/2 oz. brandy
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. seasoned rice, cooked, or rice pilaf
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
    1 c. mushrooms (fresh), thinly sliced
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
    Saute garlic and shallots in butter mixture for 1 minute; add Chablis and brandy, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add mushrooms and cook 1 minute more.
    Remove from heat.
    Arrange shrimp in a single layer in shallow baking dish.
    Pour butter-mushroom mixture over shrimp and broil for 10 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley and serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
