Swiss Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds round or flank steak
    6 tablespoons flour
    1/4 cup salad oil
    2 1/2 cups cooked tomatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons catsup
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Flour sides of steak.
    Brown in hot oil in a skillet.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat or in a 250 to 300 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes to cook down to a thick sauce.
    Serves 6. Has a delicious smoked flavor.
