Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 glove garlic, minced
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 c. regular strength beef broth
Preparation
-
In a pan, blend together soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, garlic, ginger, wine and broth.
Cook, stirring, until thickened.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
