Spinach Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
3/4 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. chopped tomato
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix spinach and onion; set aside.
Beat cheeses and seasonings in a small bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in spinach mixture. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with remaining ingredients (cheese and tomato).
Serve with bagel chips or crisp crackers.
