White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/8 c. honey
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    about 12 c. sifted flour (I like Remarkable)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1/8 c. honey
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add vinegar, honey, salt, water and oil.
    Add 4 cups flour and mix well.
    Add yeast which has been softened in 1/2 cup water and 1/8 cup honey.
    Add rest of flour and mix well. Knead until smooth and satiny.
    Knead every 15 minutes for 3 times.
    Fourth time, shape into loaves.
    Cover and place in warm place to rise until double bulk, about 3/4 to 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
