Annie Wingate'S Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chicken fat
    2 c. crumbled cornbread
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    chicken broth
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in fat.
    Soften bread crumbs with broth to make moist.
    Add onion, celery, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Stir until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in greased casserole dish.
