Thelma Lou'S Chocolate Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 eggs, separated
    heavy cream or whipped cream
Preparation
    In double boiler, melt chocolate, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
    Spoon lightly into sherbet glasses.
    Chill.
