Beef Lombardi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 (14.5 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 bay leaf
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
    Garnish: fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain.
    Stir in chopped tomatoes and next 4 ingredients; cook 5 minutes.
    Add tomato paste and bay leaf.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
