Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    2 tsp. flour
    3 tsp. cream
    2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat yolks; add corn, flour and seasoning, butter and cream. Blend.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in corn mixture.
    Drop onto hot greased griddle, from a tablespoon.
    Cook until brown. Turn on other side; cook until brown.
    Serves 6.
