Wine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. straight sherry
powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Combine cake mix, pudding and nutmeg.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix 5 minutes.
Bake in angel food cake pan for 45 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool in pan 25 minutes.
Invert, remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Add poppy seed if desired for cake.
