Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans yellow hominy
16 oz. sour cream
1 small can green chilies, chopped
1 small jar pimentos
2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Mix all and top with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
