Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    margarine
    bread crumbs (I use cornbread)
    2 c. mashed squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle a layer of bread crumbs on bottom. Combine rest of ingredients and place on top of bread crumbs. Top with bits of butter and cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
