Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. jumbo shells
3 c. Ricotta or well drained cottage cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook shells; drain on paper towel.
Combine cheeses, egg, salt, oregano and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of sauce in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Fill shells with cheese mixture.
Place in dish; cover with sauce.
Sprinkle some Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
