Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, reserve 1/2 of the tomato sauce.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Pour remaining sauce over loaves.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
