Lincoln Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped dried beef
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except dried beef.
    Form into ball or log.
    Roll in dried beef mixture.
    Age at least 2 days.
