Versatile Schaum Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg whites in large bowl until very stiff, about 4 minutes.
Turn to medium speed.
Add sugar, gradually.
Then add salt, vinegar and vanilla.
Beat until creamy, about 5 minutes.
