Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add oil and blend.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Fold in carrots well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
