Chili-Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour, unsifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. creamed small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. butter, melted (optional)
    1 to 2 cans diced green chilies (to taste - some like it hot)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and lemon-colored.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and butter.
    Stir in chilies.
