Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese and garlic salt together in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour into a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, 8 3/4 x 13 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch, or 2 (8 x 8-inch) square Pyrex dishes.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
