Matzoh Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chicken fat
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. matzoh meal
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Then roll in balls. Put in boiling water for 20 minutes.
    Keep cover on pot.
    Do not re-cover.
    Has to boil.
    Great in soup.
