Five Pound Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 (13 oz.) bar sweet or milk chocolate, grated
    2 c. walnuts
    4 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. marshmallow cream
    12 oz. chocolate bits
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine in heavy 4-quart saucepan butter, sugar and evaporated milk.
    Boil 5 1/2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add marshmallow cream, chocolate and vanilla.
    Beat well until mixed.
    Add walnuts, coarsely chopped.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool until firm and cut.
    Makes 5 pounds of fudge that never fails.
