Chocolate Peanut Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. finely chopped peanuts (low sodium)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (small)
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour until crumbly.
    Add 3/4 cup of the chopped peanuts.
    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
