Brie Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sheets (one 17 1/2 oz. pkg.) frozen puff pastry dough, thawed according to pkg. directions
    1 (12 oz.) jar strawberry preserves or jam
    8 oz. Brie cheese, rind trimmed and softened
    2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    On a lightly floured surface, use a 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter to cut out rounds from each pastry piece. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Transfer to wire rack; cool completely. Carefully slice tops off puffs.
    Spoon 1/2 teaspoon preserves onto bottom halves of puffs.
    In large bowl, mix cheese and sherry until well blended.
    Spoon 1/2 teaspoon cheese mixture over preserves.
    Replace tops.
    Yields 6 dozen.
