Ingredients

2 egg whites
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold in brown sugar, pecans and salt, mixing thoroughly.
Add flour and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, about 2-inches apart. Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool completely before removing from cookie sheets.
