Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small chicken
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. saltines, broken
Preparation

Cook chicken in boiling salt water.
Cool and remove chicken from bones.
Cut in small pieces and combine with first five ingredients.
Put in casserole and top with saltines which have been coated with cooking oil.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
