Cheese And Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 1/2 c. Bisquick
    10 oz. cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and fry sausage for a few minutes.
    Drain grease.
    Add Bisquick.
    Melt cheese in double boiler.
    Add to sausage and Bisquick.
    Mix well.
    Shape into balls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Yields 100 to 150 balls.
