Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 box Jiffy muffin mix
 
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 c. sugar
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients together.
 
Bake in 2 1/2-quart dish for 1 1/4 hours at 375\u00b0.
Baking time will depend on the size of the container.
Makes 12 generous servings.
