White Bread For Automatic Bread Machine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 heaping Tbsp. yeast
2 heaping Tbsp. wheat gluten
3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. shortening or margarine
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1 1/4 c. warm water

Preparation

Add all ingredients in the order listed into a large automatic bread machine and push start.
We go through a loaf of bread a day and this recipe consistently rises and bakes nicely.
