Scotland School Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    6 to 8 hot dogs
    mild Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a casserole dish, peel and slice potatoes.
    Place alternating layers of potatoes, cut up hot dogs, slices of cheese, diced onion and mushrooms and add the milk.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are soft.
    Cover with aluminum foil for first 1/2 hour.
