Orange Gelatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) whipped cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil stirring often.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gelatin.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add buttermilk.
    Stir until cool.
    Fold in whipped cream and pecans.
    Spoon into a 12 x 8-inch dish.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into squares to serve.
