Peanut-Butter Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. butter
6 c. corn flakes

Preparation

Bring to boil the sugar and white syrup.
Remove from heat, then add peanut butter and butter.
Stir well, then add corn flakes.
Stir until completely coated.
Butter fingers to make a ball shape while mixture is still hot.
Place on wax paper until cooled.
