Sweet And Sour Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. broccoli florets
    2 medium carrots, diagonally sliced
    1 large red bell pepper, cut into short, thin strips
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
Preparation
    Combine broccoli, carrots and bell pepper in a large nonstick skillet with tight fitting lid.
    Add water; bring to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    Cover and steam 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
