Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    black pepper to taste
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 purple onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium jar pimento
Preparation
    Boil first 4 ingredients together.
    Mix remaining ingredients together.
    Pour the boiled vinegar mixture over vegetables and refrigerate several hours before serving.
    This will keep well in the refrigerator.
