Picnic Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) small elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/8 c. grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. pimentos
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse with cool water.
    Combine cooked macaroni with remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
    Chill.
