Whole Wheat Honey Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. potato water
2/3 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 cakes yeast
4 c. sifted white flour
4 c. whole-wheat flour
1 c. bran
Preparation

Put 1 medium sized potato and water in which it has been cooked through a sieve into a large bowl.
This should measure 1 1/2 cups. Add cooking oil, honey and salt to potato water.
Cool to lukewarm and add the yeast which has been softened in the lukewarm water. Stir well to mix.
Then stir in the flours and bran which have been combined.
Mix well.
