Citrus Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium oranges
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
Preparation
    Finely shred enough orange peel to measure 1/4 teaspoon; set aside.
    Working over a small bowl, peel and section oranges, reserving orange juice.
