One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. peas
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. hot water or juice from peas
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops and dip in flour; brown in hot fat.
    In large casserole dish, place potatoes, carrots, peas, celery and chopped onion.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper; add hot water, top with browned chops and sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
