Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. bananas (about 3)
    1/4 c. light rum
Preparation
    Scoop ice cream into 6 balls.
    Freeze in 1 1/2-quart serving dish.
    Combine butter, sugar, milk and cinnamon.
    Heat, uncovered, on High for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once.
    Add banana slices.
    Heat on High for 2 minutes, until fruit is warmed.
    In 1-cup glass measuring cup, heat rum on High for 20 seconds.
    Pour over bananas and flame at once.
    Pour over ice cream balls and serve at once.
