Pecan Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 sticks pure butter
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. black walnuts
    1 c. Pet evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Cream
    together
    sugar\tand
    butter and shortening until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add milk and flour alternately. Add vanilla and lemon extracts.
    Beat for 2 minutes on low speed. Fold
    in pecans and walnuts.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
