Shrimp In Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shelled, deveined, small shrimp (rinse, dry and sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt, let stand for 10 minutes)
    1 tsp. dried chili peppers
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 small cloves garlic or to taste
    1 c. sherry wine
Preparation
    In shallow ovenproof baking dish, stir in shrimp, chili peppers, olive oil and garlic.
    Place in a 425\u00b0 oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until shrimp turns pink, tossing shrimp once or twice.
    Remove from heat, sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
    Serve with crusty bread for dipping up oil mixture as appetizer or serve over rice as main course.
