Ingredients

1 can beets, drained
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water or beet juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together. Add vinegar and water and cook until thick. Add salt and butter. Mix into beets. Simmer until beets are hot.
