Zucchini Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Stir together Bisquick mix, cheese and pepper.
    Stir in beaten eggs just until moistened.
    Fold in zucchini.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Using 2 tablespoons mixture for each round, cook until brown.
