Chipped Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    water
Preparation
    Cut roast in bite size pieces.
    Layer your roast in bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle flour over meat; add salt and pepper.
    Continue to layer meat and flour until all are gone.
    Cover with water.
    Cook until tender.
    Add water as needed; cook and stir often.
    Cook approximately 4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice.
    Makes approximately 15 servings.
