Waikiki Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk, divided
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
8 maraschino cherries, chopped
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 cup milk; mix well.
Add remaining milk, pineapple and pudding mix; beat only 1 minute. Just before serving, spoon into dessert dishes.
Garnish with cherries.
Yield:
6 servings.
(Dessert may be chilled before serving.)
