Sweet Potato Chips - cooking recipe

1 1/4 lb. thinly sliced sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Toss together sweet potatoes, olive oil and salt in a medium-size bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread in a single layer on wire rack on a large baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, until crisp and edges are curled.
Serve immediately.
