Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. (or 1/2 tsp. dry) mustard
    butter (size of 1/2 egg)
    3/4 c. vinegar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and egg; add mustard, butter, vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer about 5 minutes. Cool. Very good on garden leaf lettuce and green onions.
